Flow cytometry analysis software

Software dongles are available for loan. The dongles can be found on level 9.

Please do not hold these dongles overnight unless confirmed with a Detmold Staff member that the dongle is not required for installation or training in the morning. Please do not take these dongles off site, i.e. they are never to be taken home for use. If the dongle is lost the cost of replacing the software licence will be billed according to its loss.

A fair use policy applies to all of the software dongles. Please be aware that Detmold Staff may contact you for return of the dongle if your usage has exceeded a fair limit.

FCS express v7 New	Internet licence. Windows 7/8/10/11; macOS 10.12+. Can be used for offline analysis of flow data from any analyser or sorter. Cytoflex data needs manual adjustment (see cytoflex on the instruments page). Note: does not have cell cycle or proliferation modules.
FCS express v6	Older version of FCS express. Works on windows 7/8/10/11; macOS upto 10.14. Can analyse data from any sorter or analyser. Cytoflex data needs manual adjustment (see cytoflex on the instruments page). This licence includes the modules for cell cycle analysis and proliferation analysis.
FCS express v4	Older version of FCS express (replaced by v6 in Jan 2017). Does not have access to additional modules.
