A No Show penalty applies equivalent to the duration of the booking
Users are charged the booked time or used time, which ever is higher (microscopes). Flow cyometry: 30 min leeway.
Operator charges are in addition to the instrument charges when facility staff perform the experiment (this charge is built into the cell-sorting fee)
Late cancellations may attract a 30min (analysers/scopes) or 60min (sorters) charge
